Kapitel 17: Darkness Within

There was someone crouching in front of me. From the looks of it seemed like a boy around 14 or 15 years. He was shaking a bit and after some time I heard soft sobs. I tried stepping forward to touch his shoulder to comfort him. But as I moved forward the boy moved further away from me. With each step I took he was going farther away from me.

Suddenly I heard someone saying, “ There you are! I knew I would find you here.” When I turned back to face the owner of the voice I saw a guy about the same age as the other guy. He had brown hair but I couldn’t see his face clearly.

As the second guy came to stand next to me, the surroundings became more clearer. We were on the bank of a lake. There were trees surrounding the lake and it was night time. The moonlight illuminated the surroundings giving a special beauty to the lake. The lake showed the reflection of the stars and the moon. It was a very pretty sight to behold.
