Kapitel 13: Usop
After defeating Kreig and his crew. Sanji, Sumiru and Luffy had to wait on the island until Sumiru's ability reactivated. Once about ten minutes have passed, I start again towards the Baratie. Not before saying goodbye to Gin, who loaded himself on Kreig, decided to leave, with a lifeboat, and start their pirate adventure all over again.
The return journey to the Baratie was even faster than the outward journey. With Luffy, who cheered at every turn, and Sanji, who screamed in fear. Once at the Baratie, they saw a scene they did not expect. About twenty cooks, surrounding a wounded man, wrapped in bandages.
"Is that ... Zoro? What happened ???" Luffy yells, jumping from his mount, and landing with a thud, on the Baratie
"Zoro !! What happened???"
"Captain, I will never lose again !! I promise you "Zoro screams, raising a sword to the sky
"Yes, shishishi"
Meanwhile, Sanji and Sumiru have also landed on the Baratie. And, seeing the situation, they asked the cooks what happened while they were away. And apparently, while they were fighting kreig. A man came by, asking for information on Kreig himself. The first to recognize the man was Zef, who among those present is the one who best knows the main route, and their occupants. But he did not expect, that once he said his name, Zoro would ask for a duel to the strongest swordsman in the world, Mihawk.
The clash was one-sided, with the green-haired boy totally defeated. But even if defeated, thanks to his will, Mihawk decided not to kill him, but to fight him again, when he became stronger.
after lunch, as per the captain's order, it was time to set sail. And after a little staging by all the cooks, and Zef, in the end, Sanji also decided to follow under the straw hat pirate flag.
So, they left in a small boat, to the place where Nami took the Going Merry. Leaving behind him, Zef and the other cooks with tears in their eyes, while the boys on the boat also had wet eyes.
The destination of the four is the village of Cocoyasi, where the fishman pirate Arlong resides. The destination was chosen because, before Johnny and Yosaku were knocked off the Going Merry, they had noticed that Nami was observing his size.
After half a day, Cocoyasi Island was finally in sight, and Sumiru proposed that in order to be able to find his new companions first, and the ship, to transform himself into a winged module to search from above.
And after being accepted by his other companions, he hovered in the sky, while they were preparing to dock on land.
From above Sumiru, he could see almost the entire island, thanks to the eyes of the eagle. He was also able to see a little mouse, moving in the bushes.
After about five minutes of flight, he managed to scan almost half of the entire island. And only after about two more minutes, he finally saw someone he knew, a boy with a sling and a finger for a nose.
"Usopp"
But he was not alone, but he was surrounded by what appeared to be delicious fish men in Sumiru's eyes. There are only a few minutes left before it returns to being a cat, and can no longer transform itself. But if he returns to the others, Usopp could be killed before they can reach him again.
The only choice he has left is to save him alone, and escape.
In the meantime Usopp was tied to the ground, while about thirty fish men looked at him with murderous eyes.
"Don't kill me !!" Usopp screams desperately
"Hehehe… Human, today is not your lucky day. Kill him, "a shark-like fishman says with a smirk
But the moment one of his subordinates is about to carry out his command, he is landed by a panda that falls from the sky, landing on the fish man's head.
"What? !!"
"Did a panda fall from the sky?" the subordinates are amazed by what happened in front of them. It doesn't happen every day that pandas rain from the sky
"Sumiru !!? You came to save me! " Usopp screams with joy
"He is his companion, kill him too" Arlong shouts, making his subordinates come out of amazement, who rush towards Usopp and Sumiru
Seeing the attack coming towards him, Sumiru transforms into the giant bear module. attacking, with strong front legs, knocking out all fishmen, who are stupid enough to attack him from the front.
Seeing that their attacks do not work, the fishmen take off, letting another fishman pass, but this one, unlike the others, seems much stronger. He wears a dark blue gi and a black belt. he wears him hair tied in two upturned tufts and has a sun mark on the right side of him chest.
Seeing him approaching, in an attacking position, Sumiru decides to switch back to the cat form, while forming two tentacles with the slime. At that moment the fish man launches a palm attack towards Surimu, in the form of a cat. Surimu easily dodges the attack, thanks to its superior agility, and its small shape. But in the meantime the tips of the tentacles take a pointed shape, which begins to spin at an ever-increasing speed.
After another couple of dodges, Sumiru, seeing an opening, attacks with the rotating tentacles, hitting the fish man in the shoulder, and in the stomach. The fish man, backs wounded, while his companions and especially his boss, get angry seeing his state. And they hurl themselves fiercely at him, but before they can catch him, they see him transform into a giant eagle, and walk away, as he takes the long nose.
