There are a lot of people like him... But... The majority is full of people who can actually plan ahead or people being manipulated my them... Their influence is just bad for the country... Even though most of them don't intend to, they are making the ordinary folks suffer... You'll understand that gradually...
Sap- So... They aren't seen as the good guys here?
Ken- Nope... They cause a lot of problems while trying to solve problems... I wouldn't actually call them useful... The low tiers hate them, the middle tiers are worried about them and the higher tiers are just tired of them...
Sap- So... Have you ever thought about becoming a hero?
