Kapitel 29: Chapter 29: Trapped

The unsightly armadillo man with the face on the center of its body stared at Dawson for a short while before it leaped to him.

It leaped onto Dawson with the arms opened, aiming for a wrestling battle. Who threw the other on the floor first would win.

“Buargh!” Dawson let out a noise when the two bodies collided. Dawson predicted the thing’d be heavy, so he protected his front with the enhancing technique, but it was only enough so that he wouldn’t fall with the first attempt.

Dawson’s body got thrown back for a step, which obliged him to rebalance the body moving a leg over, but that compromised his defensive structure. The weight of the armadillo wrestling him now was too much for him to bear.

‘Damn it, I’m gonna fall!’ He despaired in his head.

“Daws! Stay still!” It was Auna’s voice.

‘You’re awake!?’ He asked in disbelief in his mind.

Pushing every ounce of his strength, he managed to spend energy to go endure the weight for a short while, trusting Anua’s words.
