Kapitel 22: Is it really happening?

The next morning I woke up to William sitting next to me with a plate of eggs and bacon.

"Is that really bacon?" I sat up, rubbing my eyes. He handed the plate to me. "I haven't had bacon in years!" He shrugged with a wide smile.

"I got my ways, called in a few favors with the cooks." He bragged. I pinched him until he opened his mouth and I shoved a small piece of bacon in. He chewed, chuckling while I ate his beautiful breakfast.

"Yur so thoghtfl." Small bits of food flew from my mouth. He wrinkled his nose.

"Didn't anyone ever teach you not to talk with your mouth full? I can't understand a word of what you're saying." He laughed. I swallowed and tried again.

"You're so thoughtful. That's what I was trying to say." He stroked my cheek.

"Anything for my girl." He said under his breath.

"What?" I asked. "Did you say something?"
