Inside the mountain was unlike anything I had seen. The main hallway was deserted but the main support system looked like the pictures of old mine shafts I had seen in the library, all held together by wooden supports. The hallway was long and tapered into double doors at the end. There seemed to be construction for new areas going on as well. Portions of the floor were covered in rocks and digging tools with freshly cut wood.
The hallway was dimly lit by torches scattered throughout. This made it a little harder to see, so we stuck close together scanning and assessing the area well. As we approached the wooden double doors, I could hear the music pouring out and people laughing. Taking a deep breath to steady myself, we headed in.
