There was knocking on the door. Ming looked up and grunted approval to come in. Lieutenant Seamus stepped into the room and stood straight in front of the Captain to hear his orders.
It was the third day morning, the lieutenant was on time as told by Ming.
"Sit down "
Ming commanded.
Seamus sat down on the opposite chair in front of the captain.
"I expect that you understood the meaning I wanted to convey to you? Have you?"
"Yes, Sir. But…."
Ming looked up to the eyes of Seamus
, "But..?"
He slowly stood up and noticed the uneasy expression on the face of Seamus. He walked to the window of the office.
The view from here was of the barren woodlands and vast plains of Marsh. In the morning, the rising sun painted a wonderful picture for the onlookers.
"There is a scroll in the drawer of my table. Grab it. "
