Kapitel 23: Chapter 23

Aurora's POV

It's been a month since Montana died. I had her placed right next to my father and mother. It was only right, for Montana had become a second mother to me.

After I thanked alpha Wolfgang for aiding Montana the day of the attack, I thought he'd be less arrogant and bossy towards me, but one can only wish.

He and Tallulah have been making more display on their relationship before the pack but still every time I came across a male-wolf he'd forbid me of ever interacting with them again. Of course, they all feared the alpha, so they all avoided me like the plague. The only one brave enough to keep talking to me were beta Max, Aspen and even gamma Remus who started to hang around me.

We'd mostly spend the evening watching movies or just chatting in the garden. They were nice and helped me distract myself from the constant heartache of facing your mate with someone else but when night came and I was alone in bed, I couldn't help the tears that erupted.
