Kapitel 35: Become a servant

The rain starts to shoot on the mansion's roof. If it wasn’t for Lilith’s awareness of the weather, Mr. Wilson would have soaked in the rain at the very moment they are wilting themselves on the fireplace of the mansion.

Lilith was reading a few pages of the book while Ada was arranging the flower vase and dusting some of the furniture of the house. Mr. Wilson sat oppositely with Lilith and stayed there drawing his open hands closer to the chimney to warm himself.

She glanced secretly to Mr. Wilson before she commands, “Ada, could you get Mr. Wilson here a drink?” she clicks her tongue, “and Grahams, would you mind taking his horse to the stable, it must be shivering in cold."
