A few days after I left the city and destroyed an entire clan except their leader, I got a some info from Albert about the result of me causing trouble there.

"One of the agents nearby met up with the guild master. I asked him to tell the guild master that your existence is not something that he could spread. Though it's a good idea that you told the guild master of that city that you were abstain from hunting for so long because you were increasing your level. The guild master is smart enough to stop giving a recommendation for you to rank up as well. This way, you can keep being looked down upon or someone will try to exploit you. You can do whatever you want in case such thing happened."

That's what Albert told me. Basically, using his authority, he made it so that I can not raise up my rank. Not even returning back to my old rank before I got demoted.
