Kapitel 78: totsuki gakuen entrance exam!
getting ready, hideo put on his blazer. Making him look like a high school student. he brought with him his knifes that he use all the time, according to his memory.
soon he arrived in front of the school. looking at it he was amazed at how big it really is. seeing it in real life and in anime was so different.
he needs to do something here is to one....pass the test, two....be friend yukihira soma, three....get the first seat, the most important one is to get girls.
imagining all the sexy girls in this world, hideo couldn't help but smile like a pervert. the people around him started to look at him with a disgusted looks. he stopped walking as he noticed yukihira, just sitting on the bench with someone talking happily.
Hideo knew what will happen next, but he just watched them. Then suddenly souma got kicked out of the bench and the guy said something to souma making him mad at the guy then choked the guy after making fun of yukihira diner.
Pissed off, yukihira walked out of the scene. Hearing people mocking him pissed him off even more as they are underestimating him and his father's diner.
Hideo wrap his arm around his shoulder, making yukihira jump.
"Don't mind them....just prove it with your skill later on"
"Heh, I will do that even if you don't asks me"
"Good, I heard you're from a small diner? I'm a owner of one as well"
"Hahaha, nice to meet you! I'm yukihira soma!"
"I'm hideo takashi! Let's be friends! Since we have something in common!"
"Un!"
Walking with yukihira towards the entrance exam room....
"This school is really big, huh?"
"Yeah! I can't believe I didn't know about this kind of school!" Yukihira said as he found the school really big, it's like a city in itself.
Going inside, they saw a lot of examinee that want to be a student. Soon erina arrived, the examinee started to whisper to each other.
"Isn't that the girl who possess the god's tongue?"
"Is she the examiner for this year?"
Hearing this soma got curious as he listen to the whispers.
"Greetings, Transfer applicants."
Hearing her speak, they quiet down as they listen to her intently.
"I am nakiri erina, and I have been assigned to judge today's exam."
Looking at erina's behavior he sighed as he remembered her being cuter, but he doesn't hate this erina. He look towards hisako and found her attractive as well
"Hisako, any words from the exam division?"
"Yeah, first the examinees will first undergo interviews in groups of te-"
"What a waste of time! I have an idea...." cutting off hisako's words she grinned as she thought of an idea to end the exam quickly.
"Bring the kitchen work table here!"
"Y-yes!"
Hisako Brought a table full of ingredients. Erina grabbed an egg then pointed at it.
"The main ingredient is an egg. If you impressed me with your dish, you will naturally pass the exam. But if you didn't you won't get any chances to transfer in this school. I will give you a chance to get out and take the exam next year, or take the exam now and you will lose the chance to ever transfer." She explained
Like in the anime people started to panic, and rushed out of the exam room.
"What is happening here? Why did they run?" Yukihira asks hideo, clearly confused why they run away.
"Its that girl, she possess a talent that can make her know every detail about a dish~~" hideo explained like the guy in the anime.
Erina frowned as she look towards hideo.
"Why are you here?!" She asks hideo
"I'm here to see my beloved erina...is it wrong to want to see someone that I like?" Hideo said with a smile.
"Hey! Who are you to say that to erina sama!?" Hisako said as she try to protect erina.
"Tch! Did you change to a playboy?" Erina said with disgust.
"Ahem! I'm here as well I want to take the exam"
"Hmph! Okay, let's go to the kitchen" erina said with a hmph then left with hisako. Hideo and soma followed behind them.
"Are you sure you will pass, Hideo? Remember what happened when you were a kid? You were so mediocre back then" erina said while they walk towards the kitchen.
"Tell that to me when you try my dish"
"Hmph!"
"Do you know her?" Soma lean over to hideo then asks him
"Yeah, she's my childhood friend and my crush"
"Heee~! Is that so?"
"We're here! Now I'm gonna give you unlimited time to finish your dish. If you did not impress me, as I said earlier you won't be able to take the exam in the future. Now start cooking"
Hideo started to move, what he is gonna make is a tamagoyaki that mixed with his secret recipes.
While he is cooking erina frowned as she already knew what he was making. Soma on the other hand, she doesn't have any clue what he is making.
"What are you making?" She asks soma.
"Tamago kake gohan...."
"Tamago kake?"
Hearing this happen hideo smiled as he mixed some magic on his cooking. Making it taste a lot of times delicious.
"Here! Eat up!" Hideo said as he present an ordinary tamagoyaki
"Hmph! You're really still mediocre, huh? I'm not gonna taste it, since it's a waste of time!"
"Well, if you don't eat it. You will only regret not tasting it. Hisako can taste my dish for me instead"
"Hmph! Hisako try it for me"
"Yes, ma'am" hisako walked up then picked one up with her chopstick.
Hideo smiled as he watch hisako put the food closer to her mouth. As soon as she tasted it her knees started to shake making her drop on her knees.
"Hisako! Are you okay?" She asks hisako.
Hideo was confused as well, since it's his first time using his mana to make it taste good. He only copied the ones in a manga that he read.
"Hahh! Hahh! Haah!" Hisako breathe heavily as she looks at hideo with a flushed face.
"I'm okay erina sama, it just tastes so good!"
"It's that good?" Erina frowned then tried one herself. The same as hisako she started to feel weak.
'What is this taste? I want to eat more! My body is feeling hot just by eating his food!'
"Are you okay erina?" Hideo asks with concern as he is confused on what is happening. He only able to see this kind of thing when he uses his 'pheromone', but he didn't use it this time.
"You have to judge mine as well!" Yukihira said with concern that he won't be able to pass, because the examinee couldn't do it.
"I'm okay..." she stood up then walk towards yukihira's food. Not caring about anything she reach for the egg on the bowl.
'I have to hurry up and go home. My body feels strange...' she thought as she can't hear what yukihira is saying
"It's not finish yet.."
As she is about to try it, yukihira stopped her then put it on a hot rice.
'How did it all landed on the rice?' Hideo thought as he watch yukihira not spilling anything.
A/n: did yukihira say tamago kake? Or furikake? In the anime? I don't remember....
Erina quickly tasted it and judged it as a delicious dish.
She stood up properly, but her shaky legs is noticeable for hideo.
"Ahem! I judged both dishes and I concluded that yukihira's dish passed, but hideo's dish didn't pass! It's the worst dish I have ever eaten and I don't want to ever try eating one of his dish ever again"
Hearing this hideo frowned as he didn't even try to act arrogant like what yukihira did in the show.
"Now I'll take my leave!" Erina said then left the room...
Leaving the school while disappointed, hideo was really confused why she would do that. But he didn't care as he knew that senzaemon was watching this go on, since he sensed him with his skill.
"I thought you were gonna pass. Comparing her reaction to her reaction to my dish. I thought she really liked yours better." Yukihira said as they sat down on the bench outside the school.
"Well....I think she just hates me."
"Yeah, that's what I thought as well! I really wanted to go to school with you, but it's unfortunate that you didn't pass"
"Don't worry about it. You will see me inside the school"
"Un!"
Inside erina's room
As her body is on heat she couldn't help, but satisfy herself.
"Hideo-kun's cooking, why did it make my body like this? My body is heating up just remembering the taste. It's only a tamagoyaki!"
"Kyaaa!" Screaming on the top of her lungs as she arches her back.
The next day, hideo went to school as he got an invitation from the head himself.
Erina ended her speech then the next atudent came, it was soma. Starting his speech he talked about how the school is just a stepping stone for him and that he will be the top student of the school. His reason was that he won't be beaten by a hunch of student that hasn't served any customer in real time.
Erina listened in as she clutches her heart remembering hideo and the time when they are still friends.
'My heart hurts! Why is it like this?' She thought as she started to regret her decision on failing hideo.
"Uhmmm! Next will be hideo takashi! Please give us your speech!"
Hideo went and started his speech.
"Greetings! My name is hideo takashi. I'm looking forward to making it to the top!"
Ending his speech there, some people found him ignorant. Going inside the room where erina is he was met with an angry erina.
"Yo! Yukihira! It seems like I passed"
"Eeeeh? How? What happened?" Yukihira asks him as he was confused on how he is back here again.
"I don't know. maybe a tsundere just wouldn't tell me that I passed" hideo said as he look at erina showing her proof of him getting accepted.
"What tsundere?! Why are you here? I was sure I failed you!" Erina said angrily and was confused how hideo got here. She might be angry outside, but deep inside she was glad that hideo passed somehow.
"Well, stop being a tsundere...you can just tell me if you want to try my my dish again" hideo said then got his face closer to erina. She blushed as she look away from his gaze.
"What are you doing!?" She pushed hideo away then run away from him.
'She really is a tsundere, so cute...' hideo thought as he looks at erina who is running away from him.
