"Ling Ling, sweetheart, please don't run."

The little girl cheerfully dashed beside the lake. She watched how the flow of the water would slowly hit the rocks underneath. The bridge was made in a hard cement texture, painted in white and dirty gray. It was medium narrow only for three people; she leaned on it and widened her eyes.
