The cheerful expression on Faye's face immediately disappeared, "I'm a bad person? Was James, who slept with dozens of women, not bad? He destroyed my business, wasn't bad? I have no right to laugh?"
"It's not like that, Fay," said Denis, "I'm glad you're back like everyone else. I'm glad James is starting to get karma. I just don't like your cocky laughter."
"Stop Denis. Don't make me regret letting you in here," said Faye, "let me taste this victory."
"Not yet," said Denis, "don't be caught off guard until you have strong evidence."
"Of course," Faye replied confidently.
Denis knew Faye would say that, he was proud. But his mind turned mischief, he tried to take advantage of Faye's happiness by asking as sweetly as possible, "Then can I sleep here, honey~?"
Faye let out a small sigh, "You're already here."
Denis smiled widely. Does that mean he's allowed? He immediately hugged Faye's body tightly.
