Kapitel 47: Betrayal

Cathy was rushing to the bathroom sink, feeling a bit more difficult than the weeks prior. She had been unwell for days, yet the doctor has advised her that it must get normal after the first trimester. She went out after she washed her mouth and face, got to the kitchen and looked for something to eat in the refrigerator. "Are you okay?" She looked around and saw Anna standing by the bedroom door. "I'm fine, Anna. Go back to sleep." The woman refused, she walked towards Cathy and said, "I am not sure if you are, honey." Cathy turned the lights on, and looked deeper into Anna's eyes. They were about to cry, and she looked so worried that she started breathing heavily. "What's wrong?" Cathy asked as she touched her shoulder. Anna removed Cathy's hand from her shoulder and held it. Let's go to your room and talk."
