No one spoke up at this point. The silence grew even more. Even Kezia, who was originally crying over Rose, now seemed to be trying her best not to make a sound at all to hold back her sobs.

Jenni rounded her eyes perfectly and stared intently at Daniel while gripping Daniel's collar.
