If a lifeform committed a crime in the East Universe and escaped to the West Universe, the East Universe faction would need support from Honor Absent Palace to cross over to the West Universe and punish the lifeform.

If they crossed universes to hunt down another lifeform, there was a high possibility of being discovered by the West Universe's officers. Once discovered, they would be subject to punishment in the West Universe.

The cost of hiring a combat team was very low. Hence, even a weak lifeform with the highest status made sure to bring a large group with it wherever it went.
