Kapitel 17: Intermission
Later the next day. Schaffe now wearing a blue t shirt with vault-tec in yellow lettering with new jeans and boots wearing a new eye patch over his left eye he was eating a steak in the kitchen with everyone.
"man for some reason I'm staving." said Schaffe.
"well I get the munchies too dude." said Ian smoking weed out of a pipe. They then see Jess walk in she was wearing a dark purple hoodie with dark blue jeans and gray sneakers she had her hair braided in the back. They stare at her as she was complete stranger.
"what?" asked Jess.
"oh Jess sorry we just ain't use to you with hood and sunglasses." said Ian.
"oh I see sorry I guess. I just need to hide anymore now my brother and the other Psychics are put away." said Jess.
"well what brings you back here then? if you don't need to hide anymore." said Schaffe.
"well I work here don't I." said Jess.
"alright we were talking about a new job anyway." said Punk.
Later that day Ian and Alan bring Jess and Punk to an old building near their store where they meet Sara without Schaffe.
"so we going to talk about what happened but you proably made a conclusion on it." said Ian.
"so how long has he been able to turn into a Deathclaw?" asked Punk.
"as long as he had that eye we brought him to a brotherhood hospital." said Ian.
"so what happened in Philadelphia?" asked Jess.
"what you heard is true that night it was like when we took on the Psychics that tower made Schaffe transform into that creature but this time we had it controlled." said Sara.
"but that mean he really killed all those people." said Jess.
"I'm not going to sugar coat it. he did we we're task to help build a settlement but it end up becoming a testing site by the brotherhood. I lost my limbs and Schaffe ended up killing the whole camp some survive. but some called it the Night of The Devil since someone who was a Mexican immigrant said it like he saw The Devil come forth." said Ian.
"after I took over we tried to hide all evidence of it we and survivors are the only one that know of it." said Sara.
"he doesn't know about it." said Punk.
"nope he doesn't even know poor fucker he don't remember what happened." said Alan.
"an you have problem not tell him." said Jess.
"what you want me to say that you killed thousands of innocent people to my best friend he go nuts or even worse plus I already lost a good friend already and I'm not losing another one." said Ian.
"but it still wrong to keep from him." said Jess she then takes off. Ian puts a cigarette in his mouth and lights it.
"well she little mad." said Ian.
"what expect telling her to lie about Schaffe." said Alan.
"it a sin I will carry to end of my days even Phil he knew and he sacrifice himself to protect him." said Ian.
Later Schaffe was in the shop looking bored out of his mind.
"man this sucks but where is everyone." said Schaffe. Schaffe then goes under the counter and grabs a silver shroud comic he has and reads it. Jess then enters the Store. "oh Jess how it going?" he asked.
"oh nothing..." said Jess.
"well that good." said Schaffe.
"how can this guy be the same monster from before he so normal now." Jess thinks
"hey you okay?" asked Schaffe.
"oh I'm fine I just got use the bathroom." said Jess nervously as she goes to the back.
"well nature calls I guess." said Schaffe going back to his comic.
