Kapitel 117: ASSASIN’S ASSULT

NARRATOR'S POV

                The night was dark and cold, the sound of nature humming along with the wind as the young couple walk along the path. Hand in hand, they went on and reach the mansion.

It was a beautiful night for the two of them- it was peaceful and fulfilling. Just this simple walk was enough to take their worries away. And allow their hearts to be free and lift with joy.

Maybe, the phrase 'if we're together nothing could go wrong,' is true.

Alexander opened the door, allowing Rachelle to enter first.

"Alexander" Rachelle began her smile never leaving her soft lips.

"Once again, thank you for tonight. I was fun" she said, eyes glittering under the light of the chandelier.

"Of course, anything for you" he replied, his left hand reaching in, to caress her face. His warm palm gently touching her soft cheek, which is now dusted with a hint of red.
