Kapitel 85: SAWNEY BEAN

NARRATOR'S POV

                Brennan gasp when he realized the situation he was in- as he turned he witnessed the looming shadow behind him. And with wide eyes he stared at Will, his sword is already in motion- he wouldn't make Brennan thought.

Brennan tumbled on his feet due to his surprise- helplessly falling on the ground.

He couldn't dodge this attack.

Will is too close, he can no longer distance himself.

No, he can't die like this.

As Brennan watch the scene unfold- he noticed that the sword was slow, moving at a snail's pace. It almost felt like time slowed down.

The sharp metal blade shines as it reflected the sun- the color red-orange showing on its surface. As if the blood of his victims finally making themselves know.

Brennan gulped a lump that's forming in his throat.

Is this the end? He thought as he remained still, unable to move a single muscle.
