Kapitel 65: CHAPTER 65: IN YOUR ARMS

NARRATOR'S POV

        The strong current quickly carried Alexander and Rachelle into the surface of the water and the shore. As their head popped out of the water, Alexander immediately took a deep breath of fresh air- it was such a relief to be back inland.

Standing up he carried Rachelle further into the land- her sleeping form snuggling into his arms. What peace she has even after being thrown into the lake and becoming the center of hostility.

Taking in his surrounding, Alexander noticed the lack of people around the lake- even Robbie wasn't around, where on earth could he be? They both agreed that he will wait for the two of them here.

Alexander suddenly remembered the last conversation they had with Adel before the test.

It was just after the trial had ended, the dreadful atmosphere inside the court is yet to subside- even after all of the people aside the three of them remained in the room.
