Lucille stared at her for a couple of seconds without blinking before she pressed her palms to her forehead and let out an exasperated sigh. "I didn't think of that. Shit."

Imani was about to say that they could try modifying the medication to attack just the cells infected with the virus but then realized that it won't work. She had some of her mum's books in her room and she would go through it to find something after she ends this video call. 

"Are you coming to Bostel tomorrow?" Lucille asked. She guessed Imani wouldn't want to, seeing as she got kidnapped a couple of metres away from the building, but decided to ask because she was working now.
