Kapitel 500: The bodyguard's loyalty

Although already president of Russia, Nikolai Zhirkov has not allowed Massimo to leave his country, Nikolai still needs Massimo's help to organize his cabinet. Massimo, who had no experience in politics, politely refused Nikolai's request, Massimo was quite aware of his current position in Russia. Therefore Massimo did not want to present himself too clearly in front of the Russian public, because it would boomerang for himself in the future and Massimo did not want that to happen.

After a long tiring debate, Nikolai finally let Massimo leave his country. Massimo is an important person for Nikolai, because of that Nikolai really wants Massimo to stay by his side, to be his advisor. But Massimo, who had a life of his own, refused Nikolai's request emphatically.

"I really hope you stay in Russia, sir," Nikolai said quietly, not hiding his disappointment that Massimo had refused to stay by his side.
