Kapitel 123: I'll Take Care of Ge'er

Upon hearing him call herself "Mrs Qin", Mrs Qin was so angry her breathing almost stopped.

"Are you not planning to acknowledge me as your mother anymore?!"

Mrs Qin was flustered and exasperated as she stared at Qin Yu with a pale expression.

"I'll recognize whoever Ge'er recognizes."

Qin Yu raised an eyebrow as if he remembered something. He turned around and pulled Pei Yunge's sleeve up. "Are you hurt? Let Second Brother have a look."

"Qin Yu!"

Mrs Qin's face flushed red. "What do you mean?!"

"I won't say anything if you hit Qin Lang. But if you hit Ge'er, I can't guarantee what I will do."

Qin Yu's tone was calm and casual. After checking, he straightened Pei Yunge's sleeves.

From Mrs Qin and the rest's impression, Qin Yu didn't like to care about his family matters, much less protect anyone like this.

This scene almost made people think that Pei Yunge had made Qin Yu drink some sort of bewitching potion!
