Kapitel 101: Adulting

Like the morning dew that moistened the leaves, like the rays of the sun that coloured the skies, the two figures that were sleeping in the living room had moved from their original spot. 

What once looked like a beautiful silhouette of the pair when they fell asleep, was instantly replaced with two heads poking out on each end, their bodies covered with princess pink blanket, a similar sight to an earthworm. 

As she stirred and stretched herself, her curved back as well as her limbs that were bent and drawn up to the torso straightened. Unfortunately one of her feet met with such resistance that she retracted it immediately.

But not before a loud and painful scream filled the room as the man crouched his body into a foetal position, his hands between his leg as he wriggled in pain.

Sara eeked at the incident, her body cowered into the corner of the sofa and winced as though she was the injured one.
