"A large-scaled collapse of buildings has occurred in the 5th domain. It is suspected to be an attack by Authority Holders, the 5th domain's D.E.R division has refused to comment on this matter" a reporter was delivering the news as they stood in front of a collapsed building.

"Is the D.E.R division really protecting people, or are they acting as accomplices for those monsters?" the scene on TV changed to a public interview with various bystanders.

"They're all monsters, monsters that can only bring about disasters!"

"I think they belong in mental hospitals or prisons"

"All of their crimes are judged under the D.E.R division's jurisdiction, even the verdict is only reported on paper, we wouldn't know even if they moved somewhere else and changed addresses"

"We want the list of Authority Holders to be open to the public. They're all dangerous psychopaths, we don't want to live in the same area as these psychopaths!"
