Listening to my words, Karthik was amazed.

" Are you sure about it? Do you want to participate in this competition?" He asked with surprise.

" I don't want anyone to challenge you especially in front of me," I said assertively.

" You don't even know what sort of tasks will be conducted in the competition. Think once again... Priya..." He whispered in my ears.

I thought for a few moments and decided to support him in the competition, even we lose.

" I don't know whether we will win or not. But I don't want us to lose without participating in the competition. Let me support you as your wife at least for once " I said in a firm voice.

Finally, he agreed to my words and we went to the stage to participate in the competition. I don't know where I got the courage to convince Karthik for the competition.  Fifteen couples were already present on the stage when we stepped on the stage. I was feeling restless seeing many people around us.
