Kapitel 30: 31

It can't be him, it's impossible. Or this is me, making a fool of myself thinking he'd find me here, besides he doesn't have a truck. Perhaps he borrowed this one.

Prick! Why in the crap am I thinking about him when this is a life and death situation? I don't want him to be the last thing I remember when I die today.

I stood stunned when he abruptly runs toward me.

My heart went on a rampage. I clench my fist until my knuckles turn white completely as a daisy. I prepared to kick his nuts. My eyes widen when he hugs me that slowly tightens.

"Livie, its fine I'm here...I'm here" He says in a manly reassuring voice, that stricken me because I know who owns that voice. I can't believe he's here.

Relief flood through me like a serene tranquility of the ocean in my chest. He gently rubs my back and from there, tears came rushing out of my eyes while I whimpered in his chest.
