Kapitel 94: Chapter 92: Her story Part 1

The two ate their fill of the meat and drank from Geraldt's water pack before they finally started to talk.

"So what happened exactly"

She asked Geraldt. The young man used the sharp end of his spare to poke the coals in the flame, she wasn't sure however what that action was for.

Was it something he did to calm down, to kindle the flames to keep his weapon in check? She couldn't te especially as she wasn't one to wield a weapon. After a short period of silence he finally spoke up.

"Just as you instructed, we picked the east as the direction and broke out of the enclosure. I should be thanking you for luring away a portion of the beast, it made our job very easy"

He spoke as he bowed slightly towards her. But judging from his tone, not everything was okay, even the fact that he was currently alone was proof of that. He sighed before looking her in the eye and continued.
