8.43% The Secret Agent That Married The Demon Lord / Chapter 6: The Class Test

Kapitel 6: The Class Test

As Yuna placed her hands on the orb it began to light up with a green hue. Small numbers appeared across its various displays. "So, what does it say?" Yuna asked, curious as to what her results were.

"This is very interesting!" One of the bunny girls said.

"Very interesting indeed!" The other bunny girl chimed in.

"Of all the heroes we have ever tested, never have we seen anyone with readings quite like this. Have we Hop?" The original bunny said.

"No, we have not Carrot." Hop said. "What do you make of it."

"I don't think we have a class for her." Carrot said.

"Wait." Yuna said. "Before we continue, I have to know, you said your names were Hop and Carrot?"

"Yes." They answered together.

"Seriously." Yuna sighed. "An elf named Elvin, and bunny people named Hop and Carrot."

"Is something wrong with my name?" Elvin asked. "It is a very cherished name among my people."

"My name is super common as well." Hop said. "Carrot has a common name too, what do you find wrong with them?"

"Nothing." Yuna sighed again. "So, what are my results?"

"Oh, right back to those!" Hop said excitedly. "Your class is supposed to be a thief. A roguish class that depends on their cunning and agility to sneak around and achieve their goals."

"Makes sense considering my former occupation and training." Yuna said. "So, what's weird about it?"

"Well that's what your class is supposed to be, that's what the green meant." Carrot explained. "But your attributes are all wrong. Your cunning is high, but your luck is really low. Your agility is just average as well. Below average strength which is quite common among your gender and race. The weird thing is you have maxed out intellect and wisdom. You also have a near maxed charisma as well."

"We don't know what to make of it." Hop chimed in. "Your stats as a thief are horrible, but that is your current class."

"You just said current class." Yuna said. "Explain."

"Well, just like you can change your job, you can change your class." Carrot said.

"Great, I will just do that then." Yuna said. "What class is good for my stats?"

"With that intellect and wisdom, you could be a priest or a mage." Hop said.

"Oh, or you could be a druid or a warlock!" Carrot chimed in.

"How many classes are there?!" Yuna asked. "Did I get sucked into a video game?"

"What's a video game?" The other three all asked at once.

"Nothing, just nothing." Yuna sighed again. "How hard is it to do? To change my class?"

"Not that hard." Hop said. "You just have to train hard under a master until you become proficient in the class. Of course, your speed of learning is determined by your intellect and with yours you could finish your training in no time."

"Of course, the hard part will be finding a master." Carrot said. "Very few heroes fit that description. Most of the ones that did, gave up and now live life in seclusion."

"Don't forget she could multiclass too!" Hop added. "So Yuna, just like a person can have more than one job, a hero can have more than one class."

"That sounds interesting." Yuna said. "Can you explain the hero ranks to me please?"

"Oh, but of course!" Hop said. "Since you just joined today you are now a fifth-class hero. That means you can only take on the most basic of quests. Such as gathering flowers or killing small pests."

"Gather enough experience and you will be promoted!" Carrot said. "Speaking of which we never told you your level. This is just a basic number that is an average of your ability in your current class. Let me just look here and…."

"Oh my!" Hop said. "But how with those stats! That doesn't make any sense at all!"

"What?!" Yuna asked. "You two love to build suspense just tell me what it says. I can't handle the stress."

"You are a level fifty thief." Hop said. "That makes you a Master Thief. Your stats are so bad for a thief though, it just does not make any sense! How did you become so good at your job with those stats?!"

"I think it was the twelve years of intense training I did when I was in my world." Yuna said. "The fact I never did field work though, the only stats that improved after training was my intellect and wisdom. Must be it." Yuna nodded agreeing with herself.

"I really don't know what to say." Hop said.

"He might know what to do!" Carrot spoke up.

"That's right he always knows what to say!" Hop answered.

"Who?!" Yuna yelled, irritated at the bunny girls. "Who are you talking about? Who do you want me to see? Just tell me and stop going back and forth please!"

"The Guild Master of course." Hop said.

"You didn't have to yell." Carrot said with a sad expression, her ears slumped down. "We would have told you. Eventually."

"I am sorry." Yuna said. "It has been a trying day for me. What with the summoning and all. You are right though I should not have snapped at you like that, I apologize."

"It's okay!" Carrot said with a smile, her ears perking back up. She then pulled out a card and handed it to Yuna. "Take this upstairs to the top floor."

"Yes, that is your invitation." Hop said. "Give that to the Guild Master's assistant. Otherwise you will not be granted an audience."

"Third class hero Elvin why don't you show her the way?" Carrot said.

"Sure!" Elvin smiled. "I would be happy to. I have not seen the guild master in a long time! Come along with me Yuna! I will show you the way!"

"No." Yuna said. "Have you seriously forgotten what just happened earlier today?"

"Oh right." Elvin said sadly. "All we have to do this time is keep going up the stairs until there are no more! There's no way I can get lost!"

"We got lost for at least an hour on a straight road." Yuna said. "If that's the directions, I will lead the way." With that Yuna went upstairs and Elvin followed her up.
