Cole showed how he got a zoomed view of the map. And Chris was a bit taken aback by how the sky collapsed down onto them.
It was scary, freezing, and static. But what got them was that even after multiple trying, Chris could not get the zoomed view of the map.
It was then Matty came up with his theory that probably the leader of the squad was allowed to have this feature of the game and somehow all of them came to agree with that assumption.
"Try thinking of sharing the zoomed view of the map." Vin proposed.
"Guys that might work as Cole told if Chris walked ten meters away from Cole, he is not able to see the map of Cole's. So maybe you think of sharing the zoomed version of the map with your buddies. That might work." Matty elaborated.
Cole nodded and closed his eyes thinking of letting his buddies have a shared view of the zoomed version of his map and then suddenly, screams and cries of sheer fear broke out from the other side.
The ceiling of the apartment where Matty was hiding broke loose coming closer to him and stopped in front of him just twenty-five centimeters away. It scared the hell out of him. For a moment he thought he would die.
The same happened with Vin where the sky hilted down on his face. But he maintained his composure trying to act brave and all of them got a shared view of Cole's map.
"It worked. It worked."
Matt and Vin yelled and Cole felt relieved that it worked. Why the hell did he not think of this before? But now he knew better that he might have more access than his buddies being the leader of the squad but it was of no use unless they played it like a team. It had to be teamwork.
"Can you make the view vertical in front of the face rather than us always having to look up at it?" Vin intervened.
Cole closed his eyes to think that in his mind the way Vin asked for it was obvious it was hard to have the map dangling up and having to stretch their head to look at the map every time they wanted.
"Vertical views get in the way of the frontal view. Your vision would get hazy and it makes it difficult to kill enemies. Are you sure you want to equip it?"
Vin, Matty, and Chris all heard what the Barbie had to say. They kind of understand what she was voicing out in their technical words.
"Guys, you heard her right?" Cole asked.
"We sure did but we would like to test it. " Vin asserted.
"I agree with him." Matty sided with Vin and so did Chris.
"Vertical views get in the way of the frontal view. Your vision would get hazy and it makes it difficult to kill enemies. Are you sure you want to equip it?"
"Equip vertical view," Cole answered.
"Equipment in progress. Caution: millisecond vision impairment. "
"We would be fine for a millisecond vision impairment." Vin laughed.
"Equipment accomplished! Reset for the next mode takes three hundred seconds. "
And in a blip everyone had their map staring back at them with the surrounding in front of them becoming a little faint and hazy in vision.
It felt disturbing. It made it difficult to have a clear view of what was in front of them. The Barbie said it correctly. But the transformation to another view mode would take five minutes to equip so they had to keep a low profile for the time being.
"The barbie was right. This gives a shitty view. " Matty snorted.
"Keep a low profile till the reset," Cole replied.
"Reset will be equipped in three hundred seconds!"
