DAMON'S POV

Was it stupid to come here?

It certainly was stupid to come here without a plan. 

I tried to look around, anything to inspire a plan out of me. I couldn't think of anything. This always happened to me under pressure. I just blanked out. Stupid head. 

God, this is why Angels are only blessed with a head and not a heart. 

However at times like these I wished I had a heart. To help me decide when my head just gave up on me. I wanted to know what was happening with Ophelia and Xavier. I knew Xavier was still alive from the thin bracelet I wore on my left wrist. He had probably met his sister by now too. 

I just hope Azrail doesn't pull anything stupid right now. 

Because currently, he is my only hope.
