In a week, the trial for Dr. Jaia on the murder of Dr. Logan came. Her fingerprints were taken from the dagger she used to kill him. Safina presented herself as a witness, and her eligibility as one was confirmed when the CCTV footage of her peeking by the door of the office at the time of murder was released.

The clerk told the judge, "The decision is… the jury finds Jaia Mullock GUILTY."

"Miss Mullock. You are now sentenced for life imprisonment."

"No… No!!!!!!" Dr. Jaia screamed as she was dragged away by the officers. "You can't do this to me!!!" She caught the sight of Sanno, she stood behind the door, smirking.

"You… IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!" She glared at him.
