It was the day of Li Meili and Elaine Wu's departure for Beijing. Since it was a weekday, the airport was filled with other travelers waiting for their flights to arrive. Tang Moyu, along with Tang Beixuan, met the two at the airport to send them off. The awarding ceremony for the designer of the year was still over six months, and so they weren't sure how long the two needed to stay in Beijing. 

"Are you sure you don't want me to come with you?" Tang Moyu asked Li Meili, which the latter answered with a shake of her head. 

"There's no need for that, Moyu. This is something Miss Elaine and I can do on our own. You are needed here," Li Meili replied, holding Tang Moyu's hand with her. Perhaps it was because she had gotten used to having Tang Moyu by her side that leaving Shenzhen without her suddenly felt too long in Li Meili's opinion.
