"Uncle Ji, why are you spacing out?" Xiao Bao asked him as they watched the worker clean the debris and mess around the pond and the small waterfall at the corner of the garden. 

Feng Tianyi smiled at him and shook his head. These two little buns shouldn't get involved with his and their mother's issue. 

"Nothing, Xiao Bao. Where's your sister?" He asked when he noticed that Little Star wasn't with the little boy. 

"Little Star went out with Auntie Yaoyao today. I didn't leave with them." 

"Why didn't you? Aren't you bored being here with me every day?" Feng Tianyi asked back. 

Xiao Bao shook his head before taking a seat on the ground next to Hunter, petting the dog's head lovingly. 

"I prefer to stay with you, Uncle Ji. Didn't we promise you that Little Star and I will take care of you? So if you are sad, just talk to me, okay? We feel like Uncle Ji is really sad these days and hasn't been himself." The little boy told him.
