Kapitel 69: Footsteps

NICK'S POINT OF VIEW

He feels how complete joy fills his being. He can't believe how lucky he is to maybe have your soft vanilla-scented skin on his skin again and feeling you caressing his skin and tasting your sweet lips again. But he has to first break up with Helena and tell her about Ray. Nick needs to tell her what Ray told him. He thought about everything on his way back and decided to look after Helena and the baby but not as her boyfriend or husband but will support her where he can. He will honor Ray's request if she wants him too but Nick needs to officially break up with her.

Before he makes his way to Helena, he needs to go to the Admiral and report what he found in the enemy's camp and that might also change a lot of things for everyone on this island and for that matter the United States. He needs to get this information to the Admiral as soon as possible.

"Admiral, sir!"

The Admiral turns around and smiles at Nick.
