"Isn't that quite scary?" Aurinda whispered in the ear of her sister. Although she had whispered her words, everyone in the room had superior hearing. Therefore, it was easy for all of them to hear what it was she had said.

"Still, I think that you can do it. Regardless of whether or not you have tried to do it before." Arkien's manner of speaking was somewhat strained as if he was struggling to even manage to open his mouth.

"So, is this your method of trusting me to do it?" Lexine looked up at the drakkon to ask. "What if I make it worse?"

"Ah, there's no need to be so worried," Adley spoke with that bland form of speaking that was hers. "Even if you fail to do it at the first try, Cardial and Artin are strong enough to withstand anything you throw at them."

"I am not!" Cardial spoke out, "It is already so hard to even speak. If you make a mistake, how will we even tell you if it hurts more if we are unable to speak?"
