Kapitel 5: CHAPTER FIVE
Tiffany didn't return to the room yesternight and I hadn't seen her since morning. This got me worried which was so unusual. Well, I guess Aunt Laura was right when she said Winchester High was going change me. Before coming to high school, I never really cared about others but here I was thinking of where my annoying roommate might be.
After school,an announcement was made for all students to gather at the auditorium immediately for a very serious announcement. "Do you think they found out about what we did?" Britney asked looking scared. "Oh please, don't be a chicken. Why are you so scared? Don't worry they will never find out." I said boldly.

At the auditorium, we said a word of prayer and Miss Huff was called upon to give us the announcement. "Good afternoon dear ones, I believe y'all doing great", she said and we responded. "Well, we just received some unpleasant news and we found it necessary to share it with you since it involves one of your colleagues" she said.
At that moment, my heart jumped out of my chest,"Oh God, is it about Tiffany? Did she fall seriously ill? Where is she? I haven't seen her all day what could have happened to her?" These were the questions that run through my mind. I think Britney realised I was lost in my thoughts and tapped me on the shoulder. "Hey are you alright", she asked. I tried to speak but I couldn't so I just nodded and turned my attention to what the principal was saying.
"So as I was saying, "the principal continued. "One of your colleagues, Miss Tiffany Anderson, had to be rushed to the hospital yesternight because one of you decided to play a dirty prank on her. A prank which can cause her death." "Tiffany is battling for her life right now because of this childish prank" She continued angrily. "Throwing rotten eggs at her when you knew eggs were a 'no-no' to her system. Why?" She added almost in tears. "School authorities are not going to rest until the culprit is found and duly dealt with."she added and left the auditorium.
"Britney what have we done??" I said trying to prevent the tears from rolling down my face. "I didn't know she was allergic to eggs. I only wanted to take revenge, a harmless one." There was silence. We were all in deep thoughts "Britney we need to bear the consequences of our actions." I said boldly. "What do you mean Taylor" she asked looking confused. I said nothing but dragged her along to Miss Huff's office. "What are you doing Taylor? We are going to get expelled." I said nothing and barged into the office.
What is Taylor up to this time? Dearies, this chapter teaches us never to seek revenge. You do not know the effect your 'harmless prank' might have on someone😇
