Yeon preferred to be silent while Dae was continuously chattering being a total drunk. "Are you planning to kidnap me, mister?" He inquired again to test his patience.
"Ahhh, he is so freaking heavy! I wish I could bury him somewhere right now," Yeon wondered with a frown face and continued walking by carrying him in his arms.
Soon enough, a cab stopped by them and he decided to hop inside of it. Yeon helped him to get inside the car and followed him reluctantly while handing over his address to the cab driver.
...
As the car started to depart, Yeon decided to keep some distance between them and chose to sit on the extreme corner beside the door of the back seat. But, Dae seemed strangely comfortable around him and slowly he approached him closer.
"Hey! Why are you moving closer to me? Keep a distance!" He shrugged with a rugged tone.
"Why would I keep a distance? You are kidnapping me somewhere, better you take responsibility when I am already sobber." Dae chose to argue while firmly approaching him.
The cab driver seemed a bit startled by their conversation and glanced at them behind. "Did I just hear, kidnap?" He murmured with a gaze of fear in his eyes.
Yeon felt extremely embarrassed and pushed Dae a bit far from him with his sturdy hands. "You are getting the wrong image about me, mister. I am just helping this drunk nuisance to get back home." He murmured and sharply gazed at Dae. "Now will you move away from me? I don't like it when humans touch me." He grumbled in a lower voice.
Dae didn't seem to cooperate with his proposal and firmly grabbed his arm in a fraction of a second. He leaned his head slowly on his shoulder and evoked a small smile.
"Hey, are you really drunk? I am starting to doubt your intentions now! Why are you so clingy with me?" He protested in a loud tone while still trying to unleash his grip from him.
Dae chuckled with his response as he was successful in teasing him to the fullest. Unknowingly he clenched his grip around his arm and slowly murmured, "you feel like home..." His voice somehow sounded mystically gloomy.
Yeon suddenly halted with his interpretation and slightly peeked at him. He was lying on his shoulder with his eyes tightly closed down and a glimpse of a smile prominent on his red soft lips. He couldn't resist his persistence anymore and chose to give up.
Slowly he turned his face towards the outside of the window and gazed with a blank stare in his eyes. "I don't know why his persistence towards me... reminds me of the person I lost a long time ago...How strange..." With a wistful smirk, he uttered nonchalantly.
...
A few anticipated moments passed by with an awful silence persisting between them. Dae was comfortably resting on Yeon's shoulder with his arms tucked around him. However, Yeon couldn't do anything to resist him in his drunk state and reluctantly endured his clinginess.
The cab driver seemed to be amused with their behavior and kept silently peeking at them through the front mirror glass. He looked very inquisitive about them.
"Umm, pardon my intrusion, but, are you guys a couple?" He asked with a gentle resonance.
Yeon flinched with the sudden awkward inquiry and vigorously shook his head in declination. "Of course not! Why would I be paired with this nuisance? It's even terrible than a nightmare!" He sounded baffled.
"Ahh don't move so much, honey! You are disturbing my sleep!" All of a sudden, Dae blurted out in an impish tone to tease him again as he was half-asleep.
"Hey! You are doing this intentionally I know now! Such an evil brat you are, just get away from me now!" Yeon seemed quite agitated and tried again to push Dae away from him.
The cab-driver chuckled with their bickering and lowered his gaze towards the road. "You guys are so cute together, you are a really adorable couple." He replied.
Yeon looked more confused with the ongoing situation and angrily glared at Dae once. "No, we aren't a couple. Why are you assuming things?" He protested.
"It's nothing to be ashamed of. We are in the 21st century, and love has no gender. Just staying beside each other for whole life together, matters the most."The man sounded very amiable with a soft grin on his face.
Yeon sighed heavily with his response and laid back on the seat. "I was just a peace-loving grim reaper minding my own business... then suddenly why am I involved with this crazy guy? Why?" He wanted to shriek loudly to vent out his frustration but couldn't help and swallowed his irritation.
...
Suddenly, Dae raised up his head from his shoulder with a poker face. He looked terribly distressed while narrowing his eyebrows.
With his sudden jolt, Yeon felt a bit scared and glanced at him. "Hey, what are you plotting inside your evil head now?" He whined with a low voice.
Dae didn't talk for a while and grabbed his forehead with a grimacing expression before answering, "Mr. Yeon, my head feels so heavy... I think...I wanna..."
"What? What do you want now?" He reciprocated.
"I wanna puke now! It's urgent!" Dae almost sputtered with a panicked face.
"What!?" Yeon rolled his eyebrows and flinched from his seat. Hurriedly he shouted at the cab-driver, "Mister! Please stop the car! Stop it here!"
The man was stunned by the sudden chaos and quickly drove towards the side of the road to park it.
"I can't hold it anymore..." Dae looked totally sick and covered his mouth with his arm to resist the urge till the last moment.
"Just wait for a goddamnit moment! Don't dare to do it inside!" Yeon was losing his mind while yelling helplessly.
"I can't...."
BLEECCHHH!
Unfortunately, he failed to hold it back and threw up on Yeon's most favorite black coat.
"AAHHHHHHGGGGHH! I WILL KILL YOU JERK!" Yeon screamed maniacally.
