Kapitel 411: Why Can't I Stop Loving You?

After what Gabrielle said Charlie didn't wait for the waitress to return with the glass he asked for but he picked up the bottle of whiskey and gulped down the content like he was drinking water.

He so much wished he could get drunk like humans do but he knew very well that it was impossible.

"Why is it that everyone I love always seems to hate me," Gabrielle lamented an hour after Charlie joined her.

"I loved my ex-boyfriend so much but in the end, he hated me despite everything I did for him. I also grew to love you a lot but you also despised me...," Gabrielle said emotionally looking a bit sober.

"For a while now I have only had one true friend but as it is, it looks like she dislikes me too. My mum dislikes me despite that she is my mother, why? Why am I always unlucky when it comes to getting loved?" Tears fall from Gabrielle's eyes as she talked.
