'Did Kilen really sacrifice her husband?' Azamud asked Amnur who grunted in reply as he summoned a barrier to stop her attack from reaching Eldrian and Ceph. The rest of the city, it unfortunately was not in the right direction and Amnur couldn't manage more in time.

Amnur could do nothing about the demonified monsters who were rushing around the barrier. Even the demons had been demonified further, turning into unstable grotesque forms pushed to their limits. None would survive past today, and for today they would be capable of fighting someone multiple Tiers above them.
