Kapitel 207: Chapter 207: Dom Gets a Promotion

Dom had originally gone into Mina's room on direct order from President Lee. He had briefly gotten off track at the sight of her bruised face. At first Mina refused to speak, but it only took a few minutes of soft-spoken words and coaxing before she told him everything that happened to her over the last few days. When she told him the truth of what happened to her face, Dom wanted nothing more than to barge into his boss's study and tell him what his spoiled girlfriend had done to Mina. He was never a fan of Miss Lisa, but now, he hated her.

The idiot of a woman was so blinded by jealousy, that she could not even see who it was pursuing whom. If she opened her eyes, even a little, it would have been clear that Mina was an unwilling participant from the beginning. By the time they finished speaking Mina was lying on the sofa with her eyes closed. She was trying hard not to cry, and Dom used the opportunity to snap a picture of her injury. Even in the photo, the welt looked bad.
