"Please take a seat." Su Xi nodded her head as they both sat on the chair, with Gu Yan passing a smile to the lawyer. He was confused to see Gu Yan beside her, as Su Xi explained it to him. 

"He is my husband, Gu Yan. Maybe, you don't remember because it has been so many years and after... all you haven't come to the home for so many years!" Su Xi tried to explain to him because she knew that, it was possible for him to not know about her husband. It has been so long that he stopped coming to her homelike her other father's friend.
