Whitelash trashed his tail, "It seems he did it."
BOOM-!
A rolling wave of thunder slammed against the Chimera. Extreok's fur crackled with lightning, "It's of no surprise. Every one of Jarvis' friends should have the 'Prominence'. But now we're officially part of The Framework again, this fight shouldn't be as difficult."
The Chimera tumbled across the ground. The destructive might of a Third Stage was not something it could handle. Although Heresy prevented some of their Authority, their raw strength was enough at this point.
The ground launched upwards, it swirled and created a twisting tower. The Chimera attempted to jump off, but several roots snagged its body and began to cover it. As the tower rose higher the roots sprung upwards and formed a tree. Thick roots climbed down the tower, further reinforcing it. The tree tightened and completely trapped the Chimera. With Neorvil's Third Stage strength the tree was far tougher than before.
Whitelash sighed heavily, "Finally. Now we must assist elsewhere. We should split up-"
"Go and help the others.", a voice spoke.
It was Jarvis. Bo and To spun above him, "Akiol is fighting the one in charge. I doubt he'll fall here anyway. What matters more is that Chimera everyone else is fighting. I can tell, it's the strongest thing here."
"Akiol is still Second Stage, can he really fight a Third Stage?"
"They have Third Stage power, they're not actually Third Stage. The Chimera on the other hand. . ."
Whitelash needed no more information. With a flick of his tail he took off into the direction of the Chimera. The rest of the Sages followed. Jarvis watched them go and crossed his arms, "We still have too much time. . . let's do some cleanup."
A cry came from Bo and To. As if understanding his intention they split apart and began to fly across the forest. Jarvis watched them go and narrowed his eyes.
<The Framework has 121 new messages>
This notification has been steadily increasing. Although it wasn't distracting, Jarvis had far too many questions about The Framework and all these messages. It was something he would need to experiment with later. For now, he needed to find something.

Akiol blocked an incoming blow and stepped back. Gear swung forward towards Harold his sword swirling with a purplish energy.
Harold attempted to block, but just as Gear's attack was about to be blocked his arm was severed. Gear's attack passed by unhindered and scored another wound on his chest. Regenerating his arms he cursed under his breath.
Gear was of very little threat. The only thing that was a problem was this energy that prevented his regeneration. Everything else was lacking. Gear lacked in the skill to best him, and was still heavily short on the strength. What was the problem was Akiol!
Moving only when Gear did Akiol covered every move. Any attempt at defense was cut apart by him, every attempt to counter attack was blocked. A troublesome shadow that prevented Harold from doing anything!
Heretic energy sparked red and launched towards the two. Purplish energy destroyed the Heresy, and Akiol blocked it with {Way of the Galaxy: Accretion Disk}. In a moment of anger he slammed his blacksmith's hammer into the ground and several flesh spikes made their way towards the two.
Gear paused, unsure what to do when faced with this attack. Thankfully Akiol was quicker to act! Grabbing Gear the two flickered upwards, Aura expanded outwards and hovered in the air like dust.
{Way of the Galaxy: Solar Wind}!
Pointing Stars towards the spikes Aura gathered. The hovering and loose Aura solidified and shot forward, forming powerful projectiles. They shot forward and destroyed the spikes. Akiol eyed the gem in Harold's chest. If what Gear said is true, then they could possibly end this here and now!
"I'm entrusting this to you. You need to get rid of that gem. I can pin him down, so do something in that time frame!"
"Wait! I don't know if I can!"
"Trust in yourself."
Akiol raised his sword above his head and a blackhole formed. Out of it shot forth a meteorite that descended incredibly fast towards Harold. Extending a hand out Harold caused a massive piece of flesh to expand and catch the meteorite. His arm bent back slightly from it, but he grinned at the ease that he caught it with, "It's useless-"
A streak of silver Aura spiraled down this massive piece of flesh and towards his arm. Akiol appeared directly in front of him, Stars in both hands. His sword pointed directly forward at the exposed gem.
His Berserk Skill and Aura was running short. No doubt the consequence of his usage of techniques. After a lot of the moves the {Way of the Galaxy} had were intended to be 'finishing moves' and not meant to be used casually. Due to this the Aura cost was exceedingly high.
'Originally the {Way of the Galaxy} was designed so I didn't need any moves like this.', Akiol thought to himself for just a moment.
So let this final move really be the finisher!
Aura exploded at the tip of Stars. Thrusting the sword forward the Aura began to spin insanely fast, forming a small sphere! Upon making contact Aura exploded and two large but narrow funnels of silver appeared, one pointing in the same direction as Stars, and the other in the opposite direction.
{Way of the Galaxy: Pulsar}!
WHOOOM-!
The funnels rapidly expanded, the swirling Aura shredding anything in its path. But the most damage was being caused directly at the sword tip! The concentration of swirling Aura was shredding past Harold's flesh armor. It rapidly regenerated, but could not surpass the amount of damage being caused.
Harold attempted to slam his hammer onto the funnel of Aura, but it merely bounced off. The funnels grew larger, now surpassing the size of Akiol and Harold. They spun faster and faster, shredding more and more. Yet despite all this he couldn't break the gem in Harold's chest free.
"Harold!!", Gear shouted.
Purplish energy swirled around him as he descended, "I'm stopping you here!"
Falling between the two large funnels Gear swung his sword towards the gem on Harold's chest. . .

Whoom-
Wrock's flaming fist fluttered, the powerful wind resistance threatening to extinguish the Azure flame. Gritting his teeth he repeatedly threw blows forward flame spiraling about. The Chimera dodged the blows repeatedly.
How strong had he become? The level he was at was no joke, but even then he felt as if it was nothing in front of this. The Chimera was practically toying with him.
BOOM-!
Wrock received a blow and was sent sliding back. His arms quivered as he barely managed to block it. They fell loosely to his sides, something that stunned Wrock for a second. It seemed that blow had managed to dislocate both his arms.
How many more times must this be repeated?
"I swear, every time I step forward it's another two back. No matter how much I work hard, or how much stronger I become, it's never enough. . ."
Crck-
Wrock fixed his arms and raised them again. Kan'na shouted, "I need more time, so make sure-"
He couldn't hear the remaining of her words. For he had to act fast. The Chimera moved towards Yielya and Tilia. It's polygonal arm morphing into a drill. The drill was split into three sections, and each spun at different speeds. The middle even spun in the opposite direction. It threw it forward, aiming to impale them both. With such speed that Yielya failed to notice her impending doom. Although she was too occupied with figuring out what happened to Tilia.
Wrock blocked the blow, the drill spinning rapidly against his arms. No matter how much Spirit he pumped to protect his arms he couldn't withstand it. Yet he did not falter, even when his arms failed to protect him and the drill reached his chest.
A glowing light healed his wounds, and rapidly kept him alive. Yielya started mass using her Prayer to keep Wrock on his feet, but his HP was draining much faster than she could keep up with. Even if she was the strongest Player Priest.
The drill stopped, blood dripping down its tip. Yielya clenched her jaw upon seeing the sight, Wrock was fully impaled by the drill. Her Prayer stopped, for the blow had finished Wrock entirely. Reverting its arm back to normal the Chimera tossed Wrock aside, "Tough?"
Tring~
Yielya and Tilia were replaced with rocks. Appearing a distance away Yielya hoisted Tilia onto her shoulder and started running. She needed to get Tilia away from here for now.
An Azure flame covered Wrock and his wound healed. Clenching the dirt with his hand he stood back to his feet. Naturally Wrock still had his revival Skill. Although he was still lacking in the HP department.
The Chimera's head swiveled towards him, "Dangerous."
WHOOM-!
Spirit once again covered his body, an unyielding flame undying flame. It's Azure light moved about. He stepped forward, his fists shaking from how much strength he put into clenching them. Frustration boiled up. He should no longer need strength. That was the purpose of Rebirth.
He should be strong enough now.
So what was this?
Crrck-
Wrock flickered forward, a stream of Azure flame following his path. His fist arced towards the Chimera's face.
Thud-
His fist was caught by the Chimera. It tilted its head, "Dangerous?"
Wrock was lifted off his feet and slammed into the ground. The Azure flame flickered out as the air was knocked out of his lungs. Shaking violently Wrock found his strength leaving him. The Chimera, still holding his arm, moved its head in a strange manner. If it had a face it would undoubtedly have an expression of disinterest. Lifting Wrock it tossed him into the forest.
A flower bloomed on the ground and its soft petals provided a cushion for Wrock. A crane landed from above, "Oh Wrock, your power is great. But your enemy is one of the World, you alone cannot handle such a force. Leave it to us, the World's chosen."
Wrock turned limp, accepting the comfort of the flower. Without responding he let his vision turn dark.
Whitelash stepped from the trees, "An Azure Phoenix. . ."
Extreok chided, "Where his strength is sourced from matters not. Let us handle the threat."
"Right."
Woosh-
The Chimera appeared next to the crane, "Threat?"
Earth lifted from the ground to surround it. Vines from the trees shot forward like arrows. A thunder strike from above fell with a chaotic boom. When all the attacks connected a large flash occurred.
The earth pillar became charred from the lightning strike, solid vines tightened around it to prevent it from being opened. It held for exactly a second before crimson energy arced around it and shattered the pillar. The Chimera was revealed to be unharmed, the polygonal body rapidly shifting between forms before resting back to its human-like one. Like a newborn grasping control over its body, the Chimera was rapidly learning how to control its abilities. Each passing moment its threat grows, and the number of available fighters dwindles.
The risks grew higher each moment!
