"Hanky!"
"I asked you to not call me that Young Miss."
"You're no fun! Father said that the plan is a no go."
"A change of orders?"
"Mhm, Dot's rampage is causing a whole lot of trouble. I'm sending you the combat data, I need you to stop him."
"There's no guarantee I will be able to."
"That's why Father is giving you permission to use that ability."
Hank's expression turned serious, "Dot poses such a threat to his plans?"
"Father is incredibly displeased with Dot. He's spending quite a bit to take him down."
"Mission received then, I'll head out."
"Hank-"
"Yes Young Miss?"
"If it looks like you're about to fail, don't hesitate to come back okay?"
"I can't fail."
"We won't throw you out."
"I will not fail Young Miss."
"I trust your abilities."

Desk Guy watched as everyone scrambled. The event was essentially progressing as he had thought. Not a single ordinary player is match for Two Tries.
Werrison had caught him up with what was occurring and Desk Guy honestly believed the playerbase had it coming. When you treat your savior with spite because they choose to not remain as the savior, it only gives birth to a villain.
What was worrisome was the direct message to them. If Dot was aware of why they were doing this, then that could mean he really did have a third party information source. Moreover it was someone of a high status.
It could also be a bluff, meant to cause panic to their ranks. A way of striking back at them for making the event. Regardless Desk Guy was among the few who treated the whole situation with ease. What the outcome was didn't matter to him, it was all a grand show anyway.
He suddenly raised an eyebrow in surprise, "Someone like this flew under my radar?"
He and Werrison joined together to watch the chaos. They were quite similar they found out, much to their surprise.
Werrison smiled excitedly, "They actually stand a chance against Dot. So far it's been one sided slaughter."
"You think they can win?"
"Against Dot? He's invincible among the players."
"I'm not so sure about that.", a third voice appeared behind them.
Desk Guy looked behind him, "Erina? Have you come to watch the show?"
"I didn't plan to, but seeing Opportunity Strikes fight against Two Tries. Well I had to come see for myself."
'Could this be one of their people?' Such a thought simultaneously entered their heads. Werrison invited her to a seat and asked, "What do you know about Opportunity?"
"Upon investigating Six Lights I noticed Akiol assist a unique player. She originally had some others, but they haven't logged on in a while. . ."
Erina shook her head, "Regardless she's quite something. She trained in the Tower of Strength Extremity until she cleared the final floor, and gained Ryolu—the Dragon—as a companion."
"Is it a Link?"
"Yeah, but with Opportunity's large strength Ryolu isn't much weaker."
Desk Guy added, "With her fighting experience victory isn't as impossible to achieve."
Werrison smiled confidently, "Since Dot is taking this seriously, I don't think he'll lose."
Erina relaxed in the chair, "Don't be upset if he does!"

Opportunity dashed forward at incredible speeds. An arm formed behind her, golden and holding an axe. She swung it forward and shouted, "It's done!"
Travis blocked the incoming strike, but was sent sliding across the dirt. Ryolu appeared above and delivered an axe kick.
Teleporting away Travis unleashed the [Depth's Beam] in his hand.
Bwom~
Ryolu extended a hand and a wall of green poison arose. The beam slammed into the wall and halted, failing to pierce through.
Cancelling the Skill Travis turned and raised Lumen. A force slammed into the sword and knocked his arm away. Opportunity followed through and carved through Travis' armor with her axe.
Before he could react Ryolu kicked his face, causing him to crash into another tree. Adjusting her long-sleeve shirt she spoke, "He's not as dangerous as I thought."
Whoooosh-!
A powerful blast of wind pushed against them. Travis stood, the wind bellowing around him. He sighed in his heart, "It's so disappointing!"
A series of white circles spread across his body, a small halo appearing above his head. Brandishing both his swords he shouted, "It's a shame you chose to fight!"
Opportunity was on high alert, but she lacked the reaction speed for what came next! Travis delivered a powerful blow to her back, his speed wasn't something she could contend against right now!
Ryolu responded with a kick, but this was easily dodged. Creating a gash across her stomach Travis proclaimed, "I won't fall to a Dragon!"
Lifting her arms to guard she felt a powerful blow knock her away.
The two recovered and Opportunity shouted, "You will fall!"
Travis felt the adrenaline pump, the effects of [Averoth's Lust for Battle] had kicked in. Here on out the battle would only get easier!
The two attacked him in a pincer maneuver. A claw made of poison swung horizontally towards him from one side, while a twin cleave attack came from the other.
BOOM-!
Travis clashed with the two attacks, the force caused the ground to cave in. Not sparing a moment he moved quickly. With a flick of his wrist he knocked away Opportunity's axes and slashed her chest.
Simultaneously he stabbed Ryolu with Abe. The Dragon failed to flinch and instead grabbed his arm. Hundreds of claws made of poison formed and descended towards Travis.
Abe turned to mist and Travis teleported upwards, above the claws. Pointing Lumen and his other hand towards Ryolu he fired off both [Piercing Light] and [Depth's Beam]!

Ryolu raised her hands and blocked the attack with a wall of poison. Unlike last time the wall failed to block the beam!
Opportunity fell from above, a giant golden arm larger than she used before descended onto Travis.
[God's Avatar: Decimation]!
The axe carved into Travis' back and sent him crashing towards the ground. The earth caved in and tons of dirt flew across the area.
Ryolu and Opportunity retreated and watched warily. Grasping at her wounds Opportunity asked, "You sense anything?"
"I-"
A horrifying amount of pressure could be felt. The broken pieces of earth began to hover as Travis stood back up. Opportunity couldn't help but grin, "This guy just doesn't stop!"
Ryolu turned serious, "Stop him!"
Travis pointed Abe upwards and a massive ball of black energy began to form. Ryolu and Opportunity dashed forward, but was a moment too late! The ball descended and exploded, a massive amount of Abyss energy tore ground and nature apart. The two defended themselves against the Skill, but were not completely unscathed.
The energy eventually dispersed, revealing the two to be heavily injured. Abyss energy lingered around their bodies, further weakening them.
Travis paused his chaotic rampage, "You have my respect as the strongest. It is clear you cannot beat me. I shall give you a chance. You may leave with your lives. I ask that you do not waste this chance."
Opportunity chuckled, "How gracious of you. It's not everyday I can battle someone of your level to the death! In truth the reason for stopping you was merely an excuse to get you motivated. I really wanted to test my own limits."
Travis felt the mana react strangely.
Twirling her axes she continued, "But, this isn't my limit! It's not over yet Dot!"
Ryolu shifted into her Dragon form. The green glistening scales reflected off the sunlight. Travis felt her emerald eyes pierce through him.
One of Opportunity's eyes changed, it shifted to that of Ryolu's. A set of green scales forming around it. Her power erupted, and the mana rose to chaotic levels.
Travis felt the effects of [Averoth's Lust for Battle] grow even stronger. He knew that he can fight against this new power Opportunity was showing.
He planned to prove it.
