Zeke was still watching from the skies. Although he seemed to simply be standing there, everyone knew that he was working the hardest.

All of the [Minimaps] were opened. All of the visions connected to his allies were also activated. He was carefully watching every monitor through the help of [Gamer's Mind] making sure that the slightest hint of danger would be traced before it gets worse.

This was how he was able to reach out to Quinn as soon as it was needed. It was not on some sort of luck or proper timing. It was because Zeke watched the events unfold.
