It was true. Most of the armies in the Butiva Country Alliance were sent to defend Jaxto, Brumel, Tramara, Roslar, and Lativan Country. Except for a few soldiers kept in Butiva to maintain order, there wasn't anyone there to defend the System Sect.

As hard as it was to gather information from Butiva Country, it wasn't like it was impossible. For example, the surrounding countries could use their Transition Realm subordinates to enter the Butiva Country Alliance's territory and bring a few Nascent Soul Realm personnel with them. After that, they could simply leave these low-level people somewhere near one of the cities and come back later. They might not be able to do much more than investigate those cities, but they would at least find out about the System Sect's communication system. There were even a few who succeeded in infiltrating spies into Butiva before taking them out.
