Angeal was singing to a song out loud that's playing in the car's radio. The song is Entitled "This Kiss" by Carly Rae Jepsen.

Devin couldn't help but lean his head on the window of the car as Angeal continued to sing on her seat. With Angeal acting this way and with him not being able to control her, he just allowed her to act this way in hopes that it will deplete her energy.

With Ivar intentionally driving slow as well, Devin knew that being angry at them both will just stress him out.
