Devin playfully rolled his eyes at her, answering her assumption.

"I'm not! Both you and I know that it's too early! Geez… if I decide to propose now and with the reaction you just gave, it's as if it's a warning that you're going to reject me."

Angeal laughed out loud. With them already continuing to walk inside the restaurant's maze, Angeal grew all the more curious about what his surprise is for her.
