Angeal thought, as she felt that she was half-asleep, half-awake. She heard Devin's voice, reading the poem aloud beside her.

Angeal for some reason, didn't want to wake, for she thinks that maybe Devin is reading to her, and waking up now would feel somehow awkward.

"Dear One," he pleaded as he knelt

Before her feet, in tears,

"My love is true; why have you kept

Me waiting all these years?"
