When Frey and Angeal heard that, suddenly they felt their hearts racing in fear for Arlo. 

Frey instinctively put her hand on her mouth, shock evident in her face as her brows were raised and her eyes were opened wide.

"H-he's going to be safe... isn't he?"

Angeal's body started to tremble. She shook her head a lot of times, panic taking a toll on her body as she remembered what happened a year ago.

Last year when Devin met her for the first time, he was struggling to control his urges of human hunger.
